  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 weeks for delivery to US. delays might occur with standard shipping due to Covid-19 situation.
  • Expedited Shipping with FedEx: 5 Business days. This service is the most reliable if you need your item rushed.
We ship all of our orders with a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery. Our  packages sent with standard shipping are shipped by our local carrier "Georgian Post"- which works with various postal companies including USPS.You can track your package on various websites, including the official tracking website of your country. Please take into consideration that the system needs time - couple of days to show the location of your package. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. - We gladly accept returns and exchanges, following this conditions:
- In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with the reason of the return. 
- Upon accepting return conditions, Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
- All items are custom made and made to order upon receiving order.
- We do not accept order cancelations.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The package should be sent back with UPS service

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment -(PayPal), within 24 hours.                                                                             
The initial shipping cost is non refundable and will be automatically deducted from the refund.
