Returns / Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

- We gladly accept returns and exchanges, following this conditions:
- In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide us with the reason of the return. 
- Upon accepting return conditions, Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
- All items are custom made and made to order upon receiving order.
- We do not accept order cancelations.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The package should be sent back with UPS service

REFUNDS 
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment -(PayPal), within 24 hours.                                                                             
The initial shipping cost is non refundable and will be automatically deducted from the refund. 
- We do not accept order cancelations.
          
EXCHANGES 
- We do allow exchanges for non-personalized items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at CustomerService@qisabags.com or at info@qisabags.com
